UPMC Sports Medicine | PRIMA START Program

Are you ready to take the first step towards a healthier lifestyle and better quality of life? Through the PRIMA START program, the team at UPMC Sports Medicine will provide you with expert fitness training, wellness counseling, medical evaluations, and psychological coaching in preparation for the 5K portion of the Richard S. Caliguiri City of Pittsburgh Great Race on Sept. 28.

The START program begins with an orientation on Saturday, June 28, at 8:30 a.m. with regular sessions taking place thereafter on Thursdays from 6:30 to 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:30 to 10 a.m. All sessions will be held at the UPMC Center for Sports Medicine, 3200 South Water St. in the South Side. To get started, please fill out the following registration information. Please bring your $300 registration fee (as cash or check) with you to the orientation session.

New this year: Past START participants receive a discount registration fee of $150.
