Meetup Request for SAS Global Forum 2011

The Meetups will be on Tuesday, April 5 and Wednesday, April 6 from 6-8 PM.

Six rooms are available in the Caesars Palace Convention Center that will have screens and projectors in them. If you plan to use projection, you must bring your own laptop. On-site AV help with projection will be available.

NEW this year -- Meetups can be organized to meet at an off-site location. If you choose to meet at an off-site venue, you are responsible for making your reservations and each participant is responsible for paying for any food or drink they consume. A link to the list of possible venues will be included in the follow up information.

FYI: The Mixer hosted by SAS is in the SAS Support and Demo Area on Tuesday from 6:00-7:30 PM.
On Wednesday, the Kick Back party is scheduled from 8:30 - 11:30 PM.

Please submit your request by March 21, 2011. Requests will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
