Management James J. Healy Co-CEO and Founder Jim founded FormRouter in April 2001 and served as our President and Chief Executive Officer until May 2003. Jim is an enthusiastic technologist and has been designing business models surrounding Internet communication software since 1993. Prior to his involvement with FormRouter, Jim worked as an independent technology consultant designing workflow solutions for financial institutions and large member-based organizations. His clients include GE, Dupont and The United Way. Jim holds undergraduate degrees in Business and Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany and, prior to founding FormRouter, was working toward an MBA. Sonny Menon Co-CEO and Chief Financial Officer Sonny joined FormRouter in 2005. He has worked in a variety of executive positions, with both Fortune 500 (Director of Software Sales at a Progress Energy company) and startup firms. Early in his career Sonny worked in Finance, Engineering and Sales and Marketing positions with companies varying in size from $50 million to $2.3 billion in size. Sonny holds an MBA from Ashland University and a BS Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University. David R. Conorozzo Chief Technology Officer Prior to joining FormRouter in May 2003, David was employed with the PCA Group of NY where he was the Senior Software Architect. While at PCA, David advised 20 software development and networking professionals and oversaw 193 unique client projects. David has vast knowledge in multiple programming languages (C, C++, VB, JAVA, Perl, PHP, ASP, etc.) and the platforms they run on. His understanding of hardware and networking separates his skill base from many software-only specialists. David has patents filed on Handheld Database Communication software. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Binghamton University and a Master of Science in Software Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo. David's past experience also includes authoring the first version of FormRouter software.
