Courier-Kiwanis 5K at Sesame Place - May 2010
The 5K race is held each spring and raises funds for 13 local schools and local student athletes.

NIE Golf Tournament - May 2010
Yardley Country Club, Yardley, Bucks County. All Proceeds benefit the newspaper's Newspaper In Education program, helping to deliver more than 1,000,000 newspapers to area school children each year.

Dick Dougherty Scholarship Award Dinner - May 2010
Each year our Sports department honors former Sports Editor Dick Dougherty by naming high school athletes from our area as award winners. Each recipient's school receives a $2500 scholarship in the winner's name for their general scholarship fund.
